Winemaking:
Gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation at the controlled temperature of 15º C.

Grape Varieties:
Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes:
Salmon pink colour. Fruity, with notes of strawberry, blackberry and cherry. Fresh, fruity and bulky.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, fresh grilled fish, white meats or as an aperitif.
