The olives came from Abrantes region, olive groves under traditional and intensive cultivation in rainfed and some irrigated. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical harvest.

Galega,Cobrançosa,Picual,Arbequina,Cornicabra
Tasting Notes:
Harmonious complexity of green and ripe fruity, bitter and pungent olive notes of green leaf, fresh grass and fruits like apple, almond, tomato and green banana.
Storage:
This is an entirely natural product; in low temperatures precipitation may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.
Perfect Serve:
It is ideal for salads, marinades and as a condiment for fish and pasta. It's also delicious with some fresh bread before a meal.
