Tasting Notes:
Light yellow and greenish. Aroma of dried fruits, apple and banana. Ripe, smooth and slightly sweet.
Storage:
This is an all-natural product; precipitation may occur at low temperatures. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.
Perfect Serve:
It is recommended for seasoning cooked fish, vegetable creams and, for the most daring, nut ice cream (pistachio, almond, walnut and hazelnut).
