The grapes were fully destemmed and gently crushed to a granite mill. After cold maceration for 24h, fermentation started at a controlled temperature of 23ºC, smoothly homogenizing the wort with treading on foot, in order to make a good extraction of the grapes, preserving all aromas and flavours. Stage only in stainless steel tanks.

Jaen,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour, aroma with notes of red fruits and spices. In the mouth it is balanced, with round tannins and a medium finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent match for meat and smoked pork, game and poultry, pasta and cheeses.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
