Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Aging for 8 months in French oak barrels, half new and half 2nd year.

Citrus yellow colour, intense and persuasive aroma, structured but elegant, fresh and mineral with a vigorous, vibrant, unctuous aftertaste with enormous persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10°C to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Can be served as an appetizer or paired with fish, seafood or poultry.
