With a bright colour and an attractive aroma of citrus fruits, it's balanced on the palate, with good, well-integrated acidity that lends freshness. Or, to put it a little more poetically: White marble in a liquid state.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature between 10 and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Due to its characteristics, it is a wine that goes well with well-seasoned fish dishes, as well as game and white meats.
