Clear, citrine yellow colour. Subtle nose, notes of citrus, some linden. Fresh, textured attack, with present acidity; the mid-palate maintains good acidity and good persistence.

Serve at a temperature of 10 - 12º C.

As an appetizer, lightly spiced dishes made with fish and white meat.
