After careful selection of the grapes, they were pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled at 16ºC during three weeks.

Tasting Notes:
Open straw colour. Fresh and fruity aroma. Soft and fresh in the mouth with a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It must be drunk very cool at a temperature of 6 to 8º C. It is ready to be drunk but may evolve for around 5 years in the bottle, depending on the conditioning environment.
Food Pairing:
This is the perfect accompaniment to elegant, fresh vegetable based or gratin dishes, starters such as oysters or asparagus in butter sauce or even dishes with fatty fish like salmon.
