Winemaking:
The grapes from the harvest were unloaded and immediately crushed and pressed. The aim was to extract all the must in order to preserve its aromatic characteristics. Fermentation and aging took place in stainless steel tanks.

Antão Vaz,Arinto,Verdelho
Tasting Notes:
wine with a citrus color and aromas of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is intense and balanced.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10-12ºC.

This wine pairs perfectly with rich and flavorful dishes, such as oily fish (e.g., salmon or cod with cream), cooked shellfish, roasted white meats or meats with buttery sauces, smoked dishes, and soft or more intense cheeses.
