The grapes come from a vineyard (meanwhile acquired) with ages between 80 and 120 years. Made in “lagar”, with foot treading and 20% of stems. Matured 50% in new barrel during 2 years. Production of 2000 bottles. It is the only “Clássico” in the market.

Tasting Notes:
The great quality fruit reveals in the first impact, in a very complex and spicy profile. The barrel smoothed the tannins without imposing. The wine is very solid, light but full, powerful but civilized.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16 a 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with buttered Goat and Sheep Cheeses, traditional sausages (raw, boiled, or roasted), red meats.

Contains sulphites.
