Total destemming, soft and prolonged skin maceration, with alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC. Stage of 12 months in barrels of French Oak, being 70% new and 30% of 2nd use. 6 months maturity in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, garnet-like colour with violet tones. Predominant aroma of red fruit jelly and very mature forest fruits, floral nuances, dried fig, spices and toasted notes. Fruity flavour, soft, well structured and harmonious, showing in the end the nobility of the tannins resulting from the stage in French oak barrels.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pair with red meat dishes and strong cheeses.
