After a selection of bunches in the vineyard, at the entrance to the cellar, they were cooled, destemmed and pressed in an inert environment. Subsequent decanting and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16ºC.

Tasting Notes:
Open citrus colour. In the nose it presents an intense tropical aroma, referring to pineapple notes. In a more subtle way, a delicate and sweet side emerges, with white, orange and jasmine flowers. It reveals a remarkable acidity, firm and complex structure. A Douro white full of freshness and personality.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed between 10 to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
The fresh and mineral character of this white wine goes perfectly with light white meat dishes, grilled fish and seafood. Quite interesting when paired with Asian cuisine.
