Tasting Notes:
Straw colour with lemony nuances. Clean, smooth and quite complex nose. It presents notes of vanilla, ripe pear and apricot. It presents fruit notes combined with nut flavours such as hazelnut, which makes it complex and very tasty. Due to its freshness and balance, it is very pleasant to drink. Promises longevity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 10-12º.

Grilled fish, vegetable pasta, sushi.
