Tasting Notes:
Citric Colour. Very intense aroma to pineapple and apricot followed by linden and jasmine. Fresh, with a balanced acidity, a great structure and a long-lasting end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal temperature to drink 10 - 12 ºC. Keep the bottle laid down away from light; the wine should be consumed young; the wine is filtered and ready to drink; after opening the bottle the wine should be consumed within 24 hours.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
