Product details

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested in 20kg boxes. Low-temperature skin maceration, followed by gentle pressing and natural static decantation. Spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and 500L barrels. Aged for 9 months sur lies in stainless steel vats and 500L barrels.
