Product details

Winemaking:
Samarrinho grapes harvested by hand in the first week of September into 20kg boxes. Pre-fermentation maceration for 72 hours in a cold room, followed by pressing and decanting. Fermentation at 16ºC for 20 days in stainless steel vats. The previously separated lees are kept cold for a few weeks and later the clean must refined from these lees is fermented separately. The final blend is made incorporating the fermented wine from the fine lees. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel, keeping the fine lees in suspension.
