Product details
Vinified from Arinto, Antão Vaz and Viognier grapes. The grapes were harvested very early, ensuring natural acidity and freshness. After destemming and pressing, static decanting followed. Part of the Arinto blend ferments in oval-bottomed cement vats and another part in 500-litre French oak barrels; Antão Vaz and Viognier ferment in stainless steel. Part of the Arinto blend ages in 500 litre French oak barrels for 6 months. The rest is aged in cement and stainless steel on fine lees.
