Exuberant in its young and fruity aspect, white flowers and ripe citrus fruits. Taste soft in the mouth, ripe profile, medium acidity, all well dosed, ending with a light fruity sweetness.

Serve at 10/12ºC.

Seafood, fatty fish, white meat and more elaborately prepared pasta.
