Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour. Aroma of lime, ripe apple, fresh pear and white plum. On the mouth is fresh, crispy, with good acidity and structure. Well balanced.
Store and Serve Advices:
It shall be served at 7º /9º. Drink young, ideally till one year and half after the harvest. Protect from sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
Food Pairing:
To pair with seafood, appetizers and light dishes.
