Distillation of wines from the Bairrada region, specifically fermented for distillation and subsequent aging. Aging for more than 8 years in large capacity barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense topaz colour with slight greenish tones. Intense fruity aroma, with nuances of exotic wood and dried fruit. In the mouth it is fruity, starts soft, followed by notes of complexity as a result of maturation in distinct wood.
Storage:
Must be served at a temperature between 22 and 25ºC.
Perfect Serve:
As a digestive or at leisure, to accompany chocolates and nuts.
