Appellation:
From the robustness of the classic Bairrada wines of the 1990s, a blend with ideal physical-chemical and organoleptic characteristics was selected, under the empire of the Baga grape variety. The wine's youthfulness was utilised and careful distillation began in a discontinuous copper alembic still to allow for the age-old chemical bond between copper and distillation. Old Portuguese oak barrels and Allier barrels of various types of grain and toast were aged for over 20 years in the family's old cellar. Here all the necessary operations were taken care of, so that in the end, like any maestro, everything mirrored perfection.

Its personality is made up of a distinctive colour, aromatic complexity, denoting evolution, softness, where aromatic notes of caramel, candied fruit, combined with aromatic notes of cigar boxes, balsamic and roasting, with an unctuousness that is pleasant to the touch on the tongue, elegant body and persistent notes that invade the palate.

Serving temperature 14ºC.
Perfect Serve:
It's great as a digestive at the end of a meal, accompanied of a good coffee.
