Citrus colour, clear and bright. Vivid and aromatic flavour, characteristic of the Alvarinho grape variety. Its acidity and alcohol combined result in a unique explosion of olfactory sensations. Complex structure. Voluminous in the mouth with an excellent crisp acidity that completes the whole. Perfect balance between alcohol and acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served between 6 and 8º C.
Food Pairing:
A very good choice for appetisers in general. The persistence of this variety makes it harmonise well with fish dishes, seafood, salads, poultry and oriental cuisine.
