Wine with the harvest year indicated, obtained from the vinification of one of the recommended grape varieties, produced using the stone quarry process and subjected to a minimum of 20 years of continuous aging in wood, which presents organoleptic characteristics of exceptional quality.

Tasting Notes:
Aged in old American oak casks, it displays an amber colour with golden-greenish notes on the rim. On the palate, the oxidative characteristics of long cellar aging are clear. Delicate dryness, fresh acidity, spicy spice, and a finish of dried fruits.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif, serve at 10°C. As a dessert wine, serve at 16°C.
Food Pairing:
A wine for any occasion, especially at the end of a meal and particularly good for special occasions.
