Product details

Winemaking:
Mechanized night harvest, total destemming followed by cold shock in a mass exchanger. Soft pressing preceded by cold static decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by aging on fine lees and batonnage for 6 months.
