Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes, in granitic soils and under an integrated protection regime, are harvested between 3 and 4 am, direct pressing, without sulphites until the end of fermentation, decanting after 12 hours and fermentation of 50% of the lot in indigenous yeasts on old barrels, and 50% fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. 12 months staging in primary lees without bâtonnage. A 100% Tamarez, which today lost its name and is called Trincadeira das Pratas. 1555 bottles produced.
