Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour, citrus and white pulp fruit aromas with some minerality. In the mouth it is fresh, intense and balanced, with a balanced finish and medium persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 6 - 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with grilled fish, white meats and various salads.
