Winemaking:
The grapes are transported in small quantities. After crushing and destemmed grapes, proceeded to a slight maceration followed by pressing, decanting the cooling system for 24 hours and alcoholic fermentation, 30% of the wine in barrels of French and American oak, with rigorous temperature control at 15 º C. After training, stabilization and light filtration, followed by bottling.
