Manual harvesting into plastic boxes during the 2nd week of August. Winemaking with an open spout and fermentation in a stainless steel tank at a temperature of 15ºc for 20 days. Ageing in 225-liter French oak barrels for 6 months.

Citrus color. Excellent intensity and aromatic complexity, reminiscent of floral aromas. Slight mineral notes that add delicacy. Fine, balanced acidity that gives this wine a remarkable freshness. The finish is long and elegant.

It should be served at a temperature of 12º C.

It goes well with pasta dishes, white fish, seafood or sushi.
