Product details
Vinification started with a light pressing with skin maceration in a pneumatic press. The must decanted cold for 48 hours. It was then separated from the lees and inoculated with selected yeasts. The must fermented at low temperatures (13ºC) in stainless steel vats. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in a stainless steel vat for 6 months, making fortnightly bâtonnage. 7,500 bottles were made.
