Manual selection on a sorting mat. After destemming and crushing, the grapes were sent to a pneumatic press where the must was separated from the skins, fermented in stainless steel vats with fine lees at a controlled temperature. Aged in bottles for 3 months.

Tasting Notes:
Notes of tropical fruits, citrus and an elegant mineral component. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh with tropical fruits, finishing full of flavor.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Very versatile, from grilled fish, oriental food, pasta and seafood.

Contains sulphites.
