Promotion valid from the 1st of May 2026 up to the 31st of May 2026 and subject to the available stock

Winemaking:
Manual selection on a sorting mat. After destemming and crushing, the grapes were sent to a pneumatic press where the must was separated from the skins, fermented in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels with bâtonnage plus 6 months in the bottle.

Intense aromas of mango, tangerine peel and spices. Fresh and unctuous on the palate with a long, characterful finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-11°C.

Food Pairing:
Cod dishes, baked fish, white meats and Nisa cheese.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
