Tasting Notes:
Intense notes of ripe apricot and pink grapefruit. Light straw with green edge. Mineral flavours with white peach and apricot skin. Mouth filling richness so characteristic of this dominant variety. Will grown immensely with bottle age.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
