Second version of this premium gin, where wild juniper is accompanied by Fundão Cherry from the slopes of the Gardunha Mountain, the area of excellence for this fruit in Portugal. Fruity and distinguished, it is a true tribute to the region, joining the two mountains for the best they offer. In addition to cherry as the main reference on the palate, it is rounded by the malápio da Serra (apple variety), the tangerine that grows in the orchards of Cova da Beira and the arbutus berries of the mythical villages of schist. Fruity aroma. In the palate a subtly sweet with some fruit in the beginning. Very subtly citrus, hot and sweet in the end of mouth.

Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
Perfect Serve:
Essential: Fundão cherry (fresh or preserved in kirsch) and premium tonic water. Alternative: red fruits or combination of cherry with a complement - citrus, mint or apple - and premium tonic water.
