The Foxtale Dry Gin is an unaged gin that combines botanical elements such as angelica and coriander in a balanced way. The herbal flavour of juniper and the citrus character of cardamom and orange also mark this gin. Tasting Notes:
The bittersweet and familiar character of the blueberry combines with the dry and dominant structure of the juniper. The finish is long and floral, subtly complemented by acidic notes of ripe blueberry.
Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
Perfect Serve:
Add 5cl of The FoxTale Very Berry Gin; 20cl of tonic water; crushed peppermint leaf; a few lightly crushed blueberries.
