After manual harvesting, the grapes were carefully inspected and destemmed. An intense maceration was then carried out in the first 48 hours to extract all the good components of the films followed by fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet ruby colour still with bluish reflections. At the aromatic level, it stands out the exuberant and very mature fruit, enlivened by the notes of spices like black pepper, in an intense and elegant experience. In the mouth, in turn, it appears bulky, full bodied, but still fresh and nervous. With firm and velvety tannins, it materializes in a long end of mouth and already very pleasant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Decant and serve between 16 and 18ºC, in an appropriate glass.
Food Pairing:
Perfect for drinking on its own or with blue or other strong and mature cheeses.
