Product details
The grapes were completely destemmed, then subjected to a pre-fermentative pellicular maceration. The wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, of which only 3 were chosen for bottling. After being bottled, and before being released on the market, it was kept in the cellar for another 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Light yellow in colour. A wine that presents aromas of cereals, citrus fruit, vanilla, dried fruits and minerality. The palate reveals citrus fruit, vanilla, stone fruit and butter.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
It accompanies delicacies of Mediterranean cuisine based on fish, white meats, soft cheeses and light cold meats.
