Winemaking:
Pressing of whole grapes and decanting. Fermentation in French oak barrels of long use. Stage on fine lees.

Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Notes:
Straw colour. Notes of spices and wood, intense ripe yellow fruits. Mysterious, subtle taste, very fresh tropical notes, almost crunchy, linear but with an unusual power in this variety.

Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature 10 - 12º C.

Ideal to accompany fish dishes, especially cod.
