Product details
This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of our best grapes from the Avesso and Alvarinho varieties and is the result of a perfect harmony between modern techniques and tradition. Harvesting is manual and done in small boxes. Vinification is carried out by pressing the grapes at low pressure, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperatures. Once this process is complete, 10% of the previous harvest that has aged for one year in oak barrels is added to the wine. The must then rests on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilized by the action of cold.
