Tasting Notes:
A new and intriguing Alvarinho. It is much more floral than the best Alvarinhos that are made in the region. The citrus character of the grape variety is there, but it appears wrapped in sweet fragrances of flowering linden and orange tree. In the mouth, it is less intense, although it reveals the same delicacy.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Drink with soft cheeses, fat fish, fillets of swordfish and white meats.
