Product details
The selected grapes are hand picked and carried in 20 Kg cases to our cellar. In our family cellar, using a very traditional method, and applying all the knowledge transmitted from our ancestors, the goal is to produce a very high quality wine, respecting its origin and originality. In a very patient and wise way, like our grand mother taught us, this wine goes through pre fermentation skin maceration and controlled fermentation stage in inox. It follows an aging process “sur lies” with stages of homogenization/ (bâtonnage) until it reaches the time to make the bottling (8 months after harvest).
