Product details
Manual harvesting in 50-liter boxes (approx. 20 kg). Pressing of destemmed/whole grapes, natural defecation at 10ºC. Fermentation with strict temperature control, in used 500-liter French oak barrels. Aged for six months in the same barrels, with fine lees until the batch is formed. Gentle filtration and cold stabilization before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Straw color with good intensity. Aroma of orange blossom combined with hints of apricot, ginger and spices, all still very youthful. Dry palate. Excellent presence in the mouth, with creaminess and sophistication, and where the perfect acid balance is the dominant note.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 12 to 14ºC. If stored properly, consume by the end of 2040.
Food Pairing:
Soft sheep's cheese, shrimp curry, baked fish.
