Product details
The grapes come from two plots of 40-year-old vineyards on the Quinta, facing northwest and at an altitude of 150m above sea level. After being hand-harvested into 22kg boxes, the grapes were kept in a cold storage for 12 hours. Vinification was carried out in a wine press with foot treading for 5 days. During the vinification and aging process, the wine was moved gently, by gravity, and without the use of pumps. The wine was bottled in August.
