Single Quinta Vintage follows the original concept of the House's traditional Vintage but is produced using grapes from a single estate, the Quinta de Ervamoira.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Good colour, deep garnet, with broad crimson and ruby edges. Almost everything is done in this wine that shows ready to drink, without prejudice to its aging potential. Very floral nose, with some touches vegetables. Mouth very integrated and balanced with evocations of jam, pepper and dark chocolate. Final too long, to reveal a very well crafted and woven.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 14º and 18º C. Store the bottle upright, in a cool, dry and dark place.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with Game, Red meat, Dark chocolate, Strong cheeses like Stilton and Serra, Gorgonzola and other blue or just with a Good cigar.
