Tasting Notes:
Ruby dark colour. It presents a bouquet marked by very ripe fruit and floral aromas. With firm and well-balanced tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine blends harmoniously with cheeses such as Roquefort, Stilton, Fourme d'Ambert, and all kinds of desserts made with chocolate and red fruit.
