Like the Fonseca Vintage Port and Guimaraens Vintage Port, blended from the wines of its three estates, the company also offers rich, velvety Single Quinta Vintage Ports produced entirely from Quinta do Panascal’s produce. These are the pure expression of the estate’s terroir.

Tasting Notes:
Opaque purple-black with a narrow magenta rim. The nose is rich and lush, full of seductive dark blackberry and cassis aromas laced with licorice and molasses. The round, luscious palate follows through with a perfusion of dense berry compote and a good helping of velvety tannins. The sumptuous fruit flavors on the palate rise through an appealing dryness and tannic grip on the finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Decant and serve between 16 and 18ºC, in a suitable glass.
Food Pairing:
Walnuts are an excellent accompaniment to Vintage Port, as are blue cheeses and other intensely flavoured cheeses. Dried fruits, such as apricots and figs, also pair very well with it. Alternatively, you can drink it plain and enjoy its intense and complex flavours in a not too small glass, surrounded by good company.
