Tasting Notes:
Passion fruit, a tropical fruit with a very characteristic and slightly acidic flavor, combines with the subtlety of the added ginger, making the jam slightly spicy.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, free from humidity, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or alteration of the product. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
Perfect Serve:
Ideal as an accompaniment to sushi, salads and vinaigrettes, as a filling for cakes and macaroni, and as a topping for ice cream, yogurt, crepes, panna cotta and waffles.
