Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Baga,Merlot
Tasting Notes:
Wine with austere profile, strong personality. Aroma with ripe fruit which also denotes some alcohol. Intense ruby colour and loaded. Strong flavour, full and dense. Some fruit, berry, cinnamon. End with wood, leather notes, with tannins but well balanced the alcohol and the softening fruit. A good wine with complexity that can endure and evolve in the bottle and with a good presence of the Baga grape variety.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with stew or roasted game and lamb meat dishes.
