The two grape varieties were harvested on the same day and fermented together in a Wooden Vat. The marinade lasted for more than a month without any intervention. The aging of the wine was made in the Wooden Vat until bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Excellent served with strong dark meat and game dishes.
