Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Wine with a medium body and high acidity. It presents aromas of blackberry, cherry and spices. In the mouth it shows good tannins and ends with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meat, game meat and pasta.

Contains sulphites.
