Winemaking:
Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in French and American oak barrels for 12 months in excellent natural ageing conditions.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
Clean, deep and bright ruby colour. Violet notes mixed with plum and blackberries in harmonious with vanilla notes. Ripe fruits flavours in the palate. Excellent structure, round and perfect balanced wine, persistent with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store bottles on their sides in a cool place (16ºC to 18ºC) away from direct light. Serve at 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompaniment to strong flavoured meat and game dishes and strong cheeses.
